About & Masthead
This magazine started as a joke about a membership card and then the poems came in and they were good, which ruined the joke in the best possible way. We publish poetry about the warehouse club because it is one of the few places left where every kind of American stands in the same line holding the same enormous cart.
The name is a bit. There is no exclusivity here and there never will be. We do not charge fees, we do not run contests, we do not have a tier above the tier you are already in. If a poem is good we publish it. That is the whole editorial policy and it fits on a receipt.
We are not affiliated with any warehouse club, retailer, or hot dog. We have asked for nothing from them and received exactly that.
